Financial Update
New Form to be used when taking money at events
⁃ Form used at each Cash box location
⁃ Requires 2 signatures (Person at the cash box & someone else)

Fundraiser Update
⁃ Charleston Wrap (In Progress)
So far 323 Items Sold. 40 Participants. Apprx $6700 in total Sales with apprx $2500 towards Assessments

⁃ 9/25 - 10/6
⁃ Pie Delivery 11/6 (same day as HSA Meeting)

Restaurant of the Month
⁃ Texas Roadhouse September 25th (4-8pm) (10% back)
Flyer to be sent home next week - needs to be shown in person or from phone

Jesse Camille’s
⁃ Jessie Camille's being finalized for October
⁃ Possibly October 10th/11th or 17th/18th

Grandparents Lunch
⁃ Wednesday 10/4
⁃ Date rescheduled by School due to Testing
⁃ Pre-K 2pm snacks in the room
⁃ Spirit Wear at the Grandparents Lunch
⁃ Steve Miele to sell Spirit Wear

Field Day
⁃ After Discussion- will be a Full School Day
⁃ Per Teachers, They will let us know if they need a period of free time/breaks
⁃ Date is coming (to be determined with School based on schedule in Spring)

⁃ OLMC Knights of Columbus Council will cook
⁃ Santa needed, activities, photographer, Kids Holiday Shoppe

Fall Festival Committee & Planning
⁃ Committee members: Lisa, Paula, Ashley & Steve
⁃ Teachers will come up with theme for their grade
⁃ Design with Class
⁃ Reach out to Parents of the Grade if help needed
⁃ Teachers will ask Parents to staff table
⁃ Event is Sunday 10/22 from 2-4pm
⁃ Steve will get PD & Fire on board; maybe an Ambulance

⁃ Lisa reached out to numerous organizations - several have already sent or committed to donations

⁃ Hartford Yard Goats (Confirmed)
⁃ New York Giants (Confirmed)
⁃ More donations coming
⁃ Ashley to work on local Restaurants (Verdi, Town Plot Restaurants, etc)
