FUNDRAISERS

• Big Dipper Ice Cream Pie Fundraiser
  April 18th-April 28th
  Final Assessment Fundraiser for 2021-22 School Year
  Form to be sent home prior to spring break
  All pies sold will need to be picked up at Big Dipper on one of 3 selected dates (date selected by parents at time of order)
  Pies will be sold for $15 each ($5 of each pie purchased to go towards family assessment)

RESTAURANT OT THE MONTH

• Must show flyer
  25% of sales when flyer shown will be donated to OLMC
• April
  Kristen R. in discussion with Maples for potential dates. Dates are limited due to Holy Week & Spring Break. If a mutual date can be found, we will proceed, if not, it was agreed that due to Holy Week, Spring Break & 2 large HSA events during the month, that we would skip having a restaurant of the month during April.
• May 16th - Senor Ponchos (Prospect) (12p-8:30p)
  Must show flyer
  15% of sales when flyer is shown will be donated to OLMC
  Gift Cards also available to be purchased that day at the restaurant for the donation

MOTHER'S & FATHER'S DAY LUNCHEONS

• Mother's Day Luncheon Wednesday May 4th during Lunch Waves
  Sandwiches to be purchased for families
  In discussion with Jersey Mike's
  Sandwiches to be paid for by HSA
• Father's Day Luncheon Wednesday June 1st during Lunch Waves
  Pizza or sandwiches to be purchased for families
  Food to be paid for by HSA

SPRING PANCAKE BREAKFAST - Sunday April 3rd 9a-12p

• $5 per person - admission can be pre-purchased or purchased at the door
• Pancakes, Sausages, Coffee, Tea & Orange Juice 
• OLMC Knights of Columbus Council to cook
• Bunny costume to be purchased by HSA for future use
• Bunny Pictures by Uniquely Yours Photography (5x7 photos available to purchase on site)
• Egg Decorating (fake eggs to be purchased & used)
  No Food coloring will be used to keep cafeteria clean
• Kennedy SOAR Program Volunteers to help with event

OLMC Royals Ball (Father/ Daughter Dance) - Saturday April 30th 5-7p

• $5 per person - admission can be pre-purchased or purchased at the door
• DJ Needed for event
• Set-up to occur Friday Night 
• Pizza will be ordered  - additional snacks & water to be served
• Ask for donations of desserts by OLMC Families
• Pictures by Uniquely Yours Photography (Art Room to be used)
  Photo packages will be avilable to purchase prior to & at event
• Volunteers needed for event

FIELD DAY - Friday May 20th (Rain Date Monday May 23rd)

• Frankies Lunch to be confirmed for students
• HSA to contact Waterbury PAL for popcicle donation
• Activites to be considered: bounce house, dunk tank, face painting, bubble machine, water balloons, rentable games (as used for Feast Kids Zone in past years), cornhole. Games at last year's Fun Day (pizza box race, sack race, outdoor age-appropriate games) also to be considered.
• T-Shirts to be purchased by OLMC Bingo
• HSA Parent Ambassadors to Volunteer. Once event is finalized if there is a need for additional volunteers, a notice will be sent out to parents.

Mother's Day Flower Sale

• Pre-sales to be delivered for pick up on Wednesday May 4th
• Additional sales to occur during Masses May 7th & 8th
• Sales to benefit Field Day

OLMC FEAST KIDS ZONE

• The OLMC Feast is BACK!!
• Thursday July 14th 5-10p
  Friday July 15th & Saturday July 16th 5-11p
  Sunday July 17th 2-8p
• Looking to bring all previous activities back to the Kids Zone
• Need parent volunteers to be able to hold all activities
