HSA Meeting Recap - November 2021
Financial Updates:
Fall Festival- Took in $351 from Raffles, $290 from Food sales, $965 from admissions. Spent $493 on updating games, prizes for games, candy, paper products, and food.
G’s Burgers and Carvel- Gross Sales in Watertown was $1149 with 15% is $172. Gross Sales in Naugatuck was $979, 15% is $147. They increased the donation to $250 from each location totaling $500.
Lyman Pies- $16581 in total sales, profit of 6801.60
School Store Cash out of $682.68, $147.78 from 2021-2022 School year, $534.90 from the previous school year. This program will be phased out at the end of this current school year.
Update from Principal Tavares - The school will be presenting the program “Choose Love” with Scarlet Lewis in the School Cafeteria. Date TBD, confirming availability.
Upcoming Meeting Schedule: Due to Holidays & upcoming Santa Breakfast, December meeting will be held on Tuesday November 30th. There will be no meeting in the month of December.
Purse Bingo: 47 people paid. Email to go out, deadline extended until Nov 17th.
Breakfast with Santa/ Kids Go Shopping: Dec 12th- 9-12am, Kids Go Shopping- Flyer to go home prior to event. Kids go Shopping will also take place during school on Dec 13. Cook in church Hall, run food over and cook in cafeteria, Food: Pancakes, sausages, coffee, juice, tea. Raffles, Students from Kennedy SOAR and OLMC Confirmation students to volunteer.
12 Days of Raffles: Raffle off Items each day in dec, starting dec 6th. One raffle per day. Master ticket $25 to be entered into each of the 12 drawings.
