Welcome Back Social: Earned $ from Raffles, and donations.

Catalog Sales: $9898.00

Online Sales: $4901.95

Online Donations: $145.00

 

Total Sales: $14,944.95

75% of donations and 35% from sales

Amount to Assessments: $4835.29

Amount from Donations: $108.75

Participants: 76 including the daycare

 

September ROTM: $110 from Sweet Bellas

 

·         Boots for Christ Update: Sister Pat ‘s campaign, flyers went home this week and will last until December break.  Its whole school event. Items needed include hats, socks, gloves, blankets, bungee cords & boots and are grade based. Will work with Sister Pat to possibly hold a half way event.
School to have dress down day where students are asked to bring in non-perishable items for OLMC Food Bank in exchange for dress down.

 

·         Restaurant of the Month
October - G's Burgers & Carvel – Monday October 18th, Naugatuck and Watertown locations, 15% return on all sales. Need Vouchers from flyers. Reminder Flyers will go home on 10/15/2021.

 

 

November - Verdi – Monday November 15th, 10% return

 

·         Fundraisers
Lyman Pie – Currently collecting and submitting paper pie orders, currently over 800 pies with orders stil outstanding. Distribution will be out of the church hall. More space for pies, more space for parking, will disturb the school less. Pies will be delivered at 1pm. Sort and parents to come starting at 2pm. Will stay until 8pm. All pies not picked up will be donated to local shelter.


School Store – Information and sign ups were sent home 9/29. School had $500 banked in account. School has earned $122 to date. Group agreed that this will be the last year for the fundraiser.

 

 

Boon Supply/Mixed Bags- starts October 18- Flyer and look book will be sent home Monday October 18. Fundraiser is online only and school will receive 40% of sales.

 

·         Fall Festival/ Halloween Event
Sunday October 24th 2-4p
Trunk or treat based with tables and/or cars. Each Class will chose a theme with their teacher & Ambassadors will assist with decorating.

Snacks & light food will be served. Event in school lot moved inside if inclement weather. Entry fee $5 per person, OLMC students are free. Suggested donation of a bag of peanut free candy.

 

 

Games: to be run on volunteers from Kennedy SOAR and OLMC confirmation students.

 

 

·         Bingo
Bingo every Thursday night, has been going steady. Continuing to look for players and volunteers.
Purse Bingo - November 19th with proceeds going towards assessment. 125 person limit - first come first served. Full games, winners will receive designer purses. Raffles and food from kitchen.
